If your item has been damaged during shipping, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged item(s). We will give you the information on returning it, and once we receive the damaged item, we will either repair the item or replace it. We are sure we can come to a fair agreement on repairing or replacing your item. :)
If your item has been lost or substantially delayed (6 weeks period) we will be more than happy to issue a refund for the full purchase price of the items.
